| Tria-Link PCI Adapter |
|
Tria-Link PCI adapter cards are the connection between the PC and
the Ethernet-based Tria-Link.
Compared to the model TL100, the TLC100 model additionally provides
a DSP that can be used for centralized tasks such as virtual master axes or
Tama programs.
Tria-Link participants get wired in a ring topology, and
the protocol thereon realizes two rings in opposite direction.
For the Software,
the Tria-Link is transparent.
I.e. the developer does not have to deal with the Tria-Link,
instead he directly addresses the
Triamec servo drives
with an object oriented interface.
