To return a defective device use the Merchandise Return Form.
For remote support we use TeamViewer 15. If you are using a newer version or do not have TeamViewer installed, please download TeamViewer 15 QuickSupport to your computer. It is an executable which can be run without installation.
Triamec devices can be loaded in the field with new firmware. The latest and archive versions can be found here.
