System Requirements
The TAM software package is officially supported on the current servicing releases of the Windows 10 and 11 operating systems for x86 and x64 based processors.
On Windows 11, Smart App Control must be turned off.
.NET Development Support
Our TAM API NuGet packages are available at nuget.org. The packages provide libraries targeting .NET Framework 4.6.2 up to 4.8.1 as well as .NET 8 onwards. Development inside Visual Studio is supported as of version 2017.
With the help of the troubleshooter, you may solve possible problems yourself. Otherwise you are welcome to contact support.
Offline Support
On computers disconnected from the Internet, the root certificates required to verify the setup are sometimes missing.
